Executive Director, Vitalize 360

Rebecca's responsibilities as Vitalize 360 Executive Director include overseeing program development, operations and financial and membership growth. Previously, Rebecca served as the Chief Operating Officer at Community Servings, an innovative organization focused on providing medically tailored meals to the under-served as a health care intervention. Before that, she was Chief Operating Officer of North Hill, a Boston-based Life Plan Community, where she was part of a team charged with its repositioning. Rebecca graduated from the School of Education at New York University with a bachelor’s degree in music. She earned a master’s degree in business administration from Georgetown University.


Fitness Director and Vitalize 360 Coach, Orchard Cove


As the Vitalize 360 coach, Susan’s mission is to “guide and inspire every resident to live their best life possible, one with great fulfillment and satisfaction.” The approach supports residents to really think about their lives and legacy. Previously, Susan enjoyed working as a personal fitness trainer, group exercise instructor, executive recruiter and vocational coach. She currently serves on the Advisory Board for the NuStep Pinnacle Award. In her personal life, Susan loves to learn especially about spirituality and ancient history. She also enjoys taking advantage of the outdoors especially hiking, walking, snow shoeing and relaxing at the beach.


President and CEO, Kendal


Sean succeeded John Diffey as Kendal’s President and CEO on January 1, 2016. Previously, he served as Kendal’s Director for New Business Development. While at Kendal, Sean has been responsible for leading and managing organizational efforts aimed at fostering new opportunities for growth, while supporting planning and development initiatives for existing Kendal communities. Sean is well-known in the aging services field and has been a frequent speaker around the country, and beyond, on numerous topics. When not leading Kendal, Sean loves coaching youth basketball, writing, and the simple thrill of chasing his three young daughters who are in perpetual motion.


Executive Director, Orchard Cove

Aline Russotto oversees the administration and operations of Hebrew SeniorLife’s award-winning continuing care retirement community in Canton, Massachusetts. She serves on several governing boards including the Board of Directors for LeadingAge (national) and the Board of Trustees for LeadingAge Massachusetts. Aline led the creation of the Vitalize 360 program.


Co-owner, Center for Information Management, Inc.


Doug is co-owner of the Center for Information Management (CIM) in Ann Arbor, Michigan. CIM specializes in custom software systems which automate the assessment instruments and outcome measures. In addition to statewide deployments supporting programs offering long term support and services in several states, CIM created customized web-based software for Vitalize 360. Doug provides ongoing insight to areas related to integrating business processes with software functionality, creating intuitive user tools for training activities, measuring outcomes, and data integrity. As a balance to his career in software technology, Doug relishes time working the soil in his organic vegetable garden and creating new landscape features on his semi-rural property outside Ann Arbor, Michigan.
